Welcome to www.diopovas.com (the "Site"), a website provided by DIOPOVAS LLC ("Company") with registration number: 749685. Your use of the Site is at all times subject to the following terms of service and privacy policy, and you are deemed to have accepted these terms of service and policy upon using the Site. You should review these terms of service and policy carefully, and be sure you understand them, before using the Site. If you do not agree to these terms of service and policy, you must immediately exit the Site.
1. Scope of Use
The Site is provided for sale, service, and informational purposes only. You may only use the Site if you are a current or prospective customer of the Company, or otherwise interested in learning more about the Company for a legitimate business purpose. The Site may not be used for any unlawful, fraudulent, harassing, objectionable, or other non-legitimate business purpose.

Company is not responsible for any content on a Third-Party Site (including, but not limited to, any opinions contained on a Third-Party Site), and does not necessarily endorse or otherwise approve of such content. Company may collect certain personal and analytical information from you, among other ways, through the Site, and will handle such information in accordance with its privacy policy, which is contained on the Site, (the "Privacy Policy").

7. Newsletter Terms and Conditions
By subscribing to our newsletter, you agree to receive email from us. Our newsletter service aims to keep our customers and visitors updated about our quotation or new information about our product/service and/or company. Subscription to our newsletter service is not mandatory.
(i). The frequency of the newsletter issues will be at most 2 per month.
(ii). Company reserves the sole right to modify or discontinue the newsletter, at any time with or without notice to you. Should we exercise such a right, the company will not be liable to you or any third party. Any new features that augment or enhance the then-current services on this site shall also be subject to these Terms of Use.
The company reserves the sole right to unsubscribe users/visitors from our newsletter service, without notice. The company will do so with any subscriber we deem registered with fake data.
(iii). Company requires all subscribers to confirm their email address upon registration. You will therefore receive a message with a link you'll have to click to confirm the email address and your will to subscribe.
(vi). We will not communicate/spread/publish or otherwise give away your address. You'll be able to change your subscription settings or delete it altogether anytime.

14. Applicable Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed following the laws of Nigeria and any dispute relating thereto shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.

This policy, plus the service terms contained on the Site, if applicable, contain the entire agreement, and supersedes all prior oral and written proposals, understandings and agreements, between you and Company with respect to your personal information collected by Company.
